Evan Hart Marsh – Movement Instructor – Evo Health and Wellness
"We all have the potential to make great changes towards a healthy and sustainable life."
Evan has been practicing and teaching yoga for over a decade. Yoga first entered into his life through a career in dance. After an injury, he first learned about yoga as a form of physical therapy and preventative care. He received his B.A. in Dance from Loyola Marymount University and his 500 hour certification in Yoga Therapy through Asheville Yoga Center.
Though a holistic approach Evan focuses on the connections between body, mind, and discovering our true-selves. He specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Each session includes guided meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement. He makes modifications to the practice to meet each person's needs.
