Traci Ishigo, MSW
Therapist and Movement Instructor
“Sometimes all we need is someone to listen so we can articulate what our hearts and bodies need.”
With an invitational, empowering and holistic approach, Traci believes it’s important for clients to connect with their feelings, values, clarity and agency as they strive toward their personal goals. As a therapist, case manager, and trauma-informed yoga & meditation teacher, Traci supports clients to explore the healing resources of their body, intuition and breath.
Traci’s background is in community organizing and social change, which has helped her see that individual struggles are often connected to larger issues in our families, communities, and greater society. She knows how important it is for clients to have the resources they need and a safe community to heal and thrive.
Traci’s clinical experience includes working with self-identified women and gender non-conforming people experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and formerly incarcerated community members. She holds a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California, specializing in adults, mental health, and wellness.
